At The Exchange Apartments, we recognize the importance of flexibility and choice when it comes to accommodation preferences, especially for students embarking on their language learning journey. Our shared apartments offer the perfect solution for those seeking a communal living experience while studying in Malta. Each shared apartment features three bedrooms, allowing you to book a shared twin room within a vibrant, social environment.
For those who prefer a bit more privacy, we also offer the option to book a single room within our shared apartments. You can choose between a single room with or without an ensuite bathroom, tailoring your accommodation to suit your individual needs and preferences.
Regardless of your choice, you can expect each shared apartment to come equipped with its own fully equipped private kitchen, ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Additionally, each apartment includes one ensuite bathroom and one common bathroom, providing convenience and flexibility for all occupants.
Bed linens and bath towels are provided and replaced every week. However, we ask that you bring your own beach towels.
Water and electricity consumption within reasonable usage is included. Free Wi-Fi is available in all our apartments.
Cleaning of the accommodation and change of towels and bed linen takes place on a weekly basis. Cleaning includes washing of floors and bathroom/s, and dusting of furniture. Cleaning of plates, pots, and pans is not included. Even though cleaning is provided, students are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their apartment and disposal of rubbish.
Each of our shared apartments have air-conditioners in the common area and in each bedroom. Use of air-conditioning is not included. Students may purchase top-up cards to use the air-conditioning at check in or from the school’s reception. Alternatively, an unlimited air-conditioning supplement may be booked in single rooms. Our shared apartments feature a spacious kitchen, fully-equipped with the necessary cooking utensils, cutlery and dishware. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a microwave, cooker/hob, and toaster.
Each apartment is equipped with a washing machine which is free to use. However, we kindly ask that you purchase your own laundry detergents. The apartment is equipped with a clothes horse for you to dry your laundry.
Our shared rooms are separated by gender.
Located just across the road from our school, you simply can't find any accommodation closer to school than this!
Besides the apartments' close vicinity to our school, put your mind at ease knowing that GV manages the apartments. In case of any needed maintenance, we will handle it so that you can focus on learning English.
