Welcome to our Hortensia Shared Apartments, where convenience meets comfort in the heart of St. Paul’s Bay, Malta. Our spacious 3-bedroom apartments are tailored for students seeking a vibrant community atmosphere paired with modern amenities.

Our Hortensia Apartments are ideally located just 150 metres from our Main School, above a Convenience Shop and within walking distance of the seaside promenade and swimming areas.
St. Paul’s Bay boasts a number of cafés and restaurants, mini-markets and food stores, bakeries, cinema, casino, scuba diving schools, hairdresser’s and fitness gyms which are all within walking distance of the apartments.
Apartments are bright and spacious, including a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, cooker/hob, toaster, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The living area has comfortable sofas to relax and unwind. Throughout the apartment there is FREE WiFi and fans.
A complimentary welcome pack is offered upon arrival. Our aim is to make you feel at home!
Bed linens and bath towels are provided and replaced every week. However, we ask that you bring your own beach towels.
Water and electricity consumption within reasonable usage is included. Free Wi-Fi is available in all our apartments.
Cleaning of the accommodation and change of towels and bed linen takes place on a weekly basis. Cleaning includes washing of floors and bathroom/s, and dusting of furniture. Cleaning of plates, pots, and pans is not included. Even though cleaning is provided, students are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their apartment and disposal of rubbish.
Each of our shared apartments have air-conditioners in the common area and in each bedroom. Use of air-conditioning is not included. Students may purchase top-up cards to use the air-conditioning at check in or from the school’s reception. Alternatively, an unlimited air-conditioning supplement may be booked in single rooms. Our shared Hortensia apartments feature a spacious kitchen, fully-equipped with the necessary cooking utensils, cutlery and dishware. The kitchen is equipped with two fridge-freezers, a microwave, cooker/hob, and toaster.
Each apartment is equipped with a washing machine which is free to use. However, we kindly ask that you purchase your own laundry detergents. The apartment is equipped with a clothes horse for you to dry your laundry.
Our shared rooms are separated by gender.
