Welcome to The Exchange Apartments, your school accommodation just steps away from GV Malta, in St. Paul’s Bay. Nestled conveniently across the road from our esteemed institution, The Exchange Apartments offer the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern living.
At The Exchange Apartments, we understand that every traveler has unique preferences and requirements. That’s why we offer flexible booking options to cater to your specific needs. Each of our meticulously designed apartments features three bedrooms, providing ample space for you and your companions to unwind and relax. However, if you prefer a more intimate setting, you have the option to book our apartments as either a three-bedroom unit or a two-bedroom unit, where we will securely lock one of the bedrooms for your privacy.
Regardless of your choice, you can rest assured that your apartment will come fully equipped with a private kitchen, outfitted with brand new amenities to ensure a seamless cooking experience during your stay. Additionally, each apartment boasts one ensuite bathroom for added convenience and privacy, along with a common bathroom to accommodate the needs of all occupants.
Bed linens and bath towels are provided and replaced every week. However, we ask that you bring your own beach towels.
Water and electricity consumption within reasonable usage is included. Free Wi-Fi is available in all our apartments.
Cleaning of the accommodation and change of towels and bed linen takes place on a weekly basis. Cleaning includes washing of floors and bathroom/s, and dusting of furniture. Cleaning of plates, pots, and pans is not included. Even though cleaning is provided, students are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their apartment and disposal of rubbish.
Our apartments are equipped with air-conditioning units. Use of air-conditioning is not included. Students may purchase top-up cards to use the air-conditioning at check in or from the school’s reception. Alternatively, an unlimited air-conditioning supplement may be booked.
Our apartment features a private kitchen, fully-equipped with the necessary cooking utensils, cutlery and dishware. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a microwave, cooker/hob, and toaster.
Each apartment is equipped with a washing machine which is free to use. However, we kindly ask that you purchase your own laundry detergents. The apartment is equipped with a clothes horse for you to dry your laundry.
