All data is collected and processed in accordance with Data Protection Legislation and S.L. 327.65.

Upon reaching the specified retention periods or upon your withdrawal of consent, as applicable, we will securely and permanently erase your personal data from our systems to ensure your privacy is maintained.

Children under the age of 18 are required to have their parents or legal guardians fill out booking forms and consent forms on their behalf. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (PROTECTION OF MINORS) is carried out in accordance with the SUBSIDIARY LEGISLATION 586.04 PROTECTION OF MINORS REGULATIONS , Article 2 of the Protection of Minors Regulations and Article 8 of the GDPR as well as Article 4 of The Processing of Children’s Data Regulations.
