In order to provide students with complete English immersion, GV Malta follows a strict English Only Policy, where students are encouraged to speak English only on campus.

In order to register your student or yourselves in any programme, please fill in the on-line Registration Form and send, so that we will be able to confirm your booking and issue an appropriate Letter of Acceptance and Invoice.

Payment must be received in full prior to any visa documents being issued.  If a visa application is rejected and we receive written evidence at least 7 days prior to arrival we will refund the fees received in full, less the €110 Cancellation Fee.  A cancellation fee equivalent to 1 week accommodation and tuition will apply if we receive evidence of rejection less than 7 days prior to arrival.  GV Malta cannot be held responsible for decisions taken by Maltese Authorities regarding entry visa or visa extensions. A Visa handling fee of €35 will be charged if Visa applied through the school.

We offer a variety of excursions and trips that one may choose from all year round. GV Malta reserves the right to make changes to the activities programme due to weather conditions or any other reason beyond our control.

All students should have adequate travel and medical insurance before they arrive in Malta.  Those who do not have this insurance will not be allowed to participate in any of the leisure activities.  We want to make sure that all students will be covered for any eventuality.

On the first Monday of the course, all students are welcomed and placed in an appropriate class according to his/her level.  If a student does not reach the required minimum level for a specific course, s/he may be asked to change to Private Lessons or another course available.

Upon booking and prior to arrival students are to answer a Placement Test to verify their English level. This enables students not to miss the first lessons on the first day.

If a student wishes to change less than 2 weeks of his/her booked accommodation, s/he will be subject to an extra cost of 4 days of the original accommodation booked.  If a student wishes to change 2 weeks or more of his/her booked accommodation, s/he will be subject to an extra cost of 1 week of the original accommodation booked.

GV Malta reserves the right to charge an Administration Fee of €25 each time the course or accommodation is changed after GV Malta has confirmed the initial enrolment.  This also includes requests for changes whilst the student is at school.

Whilst a GV Malta staff member is accessible 24 hours a day, the kids and teen programmes do not include 24-hour supervision. Kids must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.

GV Malta reserves the right to dismiss students for unacceptable behaviour or lack of attendance.  No refund will be given. Repatriation is at students’ own expense.

Students must pay the full cost of any damage they cause to property.

GV Malta will not be held liable for loss, damage or injury to persons or property.

To secure this booking, a 50% deposit should reach us within one week of confirmation and the balance to be paid at least 14 days before the start of the course. Full payment is to be made for late bookings. When a payment is made by Bank Transfer, a copy of the bank receipt should be faxed to us as proof of payment.  When effecting payment by Credit Card, you are to advise school of Credit card name, number and Expiry date. The booking will be cancelled should we not receive the deposit in the stipulated time.  Bank fees outside of Malta are to be charged to your account.   Payments can be made by Credit Card or by Bank transfer to the following:

1.  If a student cancels up to 14 days before the arrival/start date of the programme whichever comes first, the school will refund all fees paid under the contract.

2.   If a student cancels between 14 days and 1 day before the arrival/start date of the programme the school will refund 50% of all fees paid under the contract.

3.   No refund will be paid if a student cancels (or is dismissed) after the arrival/start date of the programme.

4.   A €110 Cancellation Fee will be charged on all cancellations.
